This Billing Policy explains how payments are processed for orders placed with Easy Life Markets. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Payment Processor

All payments made on this website are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card or payment account details — that information is handled entirely by Shopify Payments' PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, where supported) and any additional payment methods enabled through Shopify Payments at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and device.

3. When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order, unless otherwise stated on the product or checkout page. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in the currency displayed at checkout. If your payment method is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion and/or foreign transaction fee. We are not responsible for any such fees charged by your financial institution.

5. Billing Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete billing information, including your name, billing address, and payment details. Inaccurate information may result in delayed or failed order processing.

6. Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be confirmed until a valid payment is successfully submitted. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or completed within a reasonable time.

To protect against fraud, we and/or Shopify Payments may verify orders before processing. This may include confirming billing details or requesting additional information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent.

8. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable law, and are included in the total amount charged to your payment method.

9. Refunds

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase through Shopify Payments. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on eligibility and processing times.

10. Security

Shopify Payments uses industry-standard encryption and is certified PCI DSS compliant to protect your payment information. We take the security of your data seriously and do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Billing Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our payment processes or applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
