Phone Accessories: Cases, Screen Protectors, Wireless Chargers and Stands

Phone accessories protect your phone, keep it charged and make it easier to use, and Easy Life Markets sells them for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and other Android phones. This category covers phone cases, tempered glass screen protectors, wireless charging stations, desk stands, car holders and mobile game controllers.

What should you buy? First, protection that fits your exact model: a case and a screen protector. Then add what fits your day: a wireless charger for the bedside or desk, a stand for video calls, a holder for the car or a controller for games. Our current range includes three wireless charging stations, three phone cases, a screen protector, a metal desk stand, two car holders and three mobile gaming items. More phone accessories will be added over time. The current price and availability are shown on each product page.

The Main Types of Phone Accessories

Most people need the same few things. Here is what each type does and what to check before you order.

Phone cases

A case protects the back and edges from drops and scratches. The most common material is TPU, a soft, flexible plastic that absorbs knocks and grips the hand. Hard PC shells are thinner but crack more easily. Many cases add a feature: a ring, a stand, a magnet or a decorative finish.

Our range includes the CD pattern MagSafe phone case, an electroplated iPhone case with a magnetic ring and a camera frame that folds out as a stand. The 3D astronaut phone case is a soft TPU cover for iPhone with a raised astronaut figure that folds out to prop the phone up. For Samsung owners, the panda ring holder phone case is a TPU cover offered in fourteen Galaxy sizes from the A02s to the S21, in seven colours.

Screen protectors

A screen protector takes the scratches and small impacts that would otherwise mark the display. Tempered glass feels like the real screen, stays clear and is easy to replace when it cracks. Plastic films are thinner and cheaper but scratch more easily.

The tempered glass screen protector is a clear HD front film for iPhone, sold in packs of one, three or four. The supplier lists sizes from the iPhone 7 and 8 up to the iPhone 16 series and describes the glass as scratch-resistant and anti-fingerprint with an arc edge. Multi-packs make sense if you want a spare or protect more than one phone.

Wireless chargers and charging stations

Wireless chargers charge a phone placed on a pad. Most use the Qi standard, which is supported by recent iPhones and many Android phones. You can read how it works on the Qi standard page on Wikipedia. Magnetic chargers add magnets that line the phone up with the coil, which makes charging more reliable.

Multi-device stations charge a phone, a watch and earbuds from one base. The 5 in 1 magnetic wireless charging stand charges a phone, watch and earbuds, adds a touch-controlled night light and a USB output, and measures 175 x 120 x 85 mm. The 3 in 1 magnetic folding wireless charger, model XH-X8, is a flat three-panel mat with a 15W magnetic phone pad that folds up for travel. The 6 in 1 wireless charging dock comes in 10W or 15W versions and black, pink or white, with a 23 cm base.

Phone stands and holders

A stand holds the phone upright for video calls, recipes, watching and reading messages at a desk. The 360 rotating desk phone stand is a folding metal holder for a phone or tablet, 100 x 70 x 162 mm, with a base that turns a full circle and two hinges for height and tilt. It comes in black, silver and white.

In the car, a holder keeps navigation in view. We sell the windshield car phone holder with suction cup and vent clip and the magnetic bendable car phone holder for MagSafe phones. Both are also in our car phone holder collection.

Mobile game controllers

Controllers turn a phone into a handheld console. Clip-on pads hold the phone above the sticks and buttons. The S5 Plus game controller is a red and black gamepad with a phone bracket, listed for Android and iOS. The PG-9021 Bluetooth game controller has a spring clip that holds the phone above the controls. The mobile gaming keyboard and mouse set pairs a one-handed keyboard and mouse with a converter for phones. Game support varies, so check that your games accept a controller. See our gaming collection for console pads and more.

Building a Set of Phone Accessories for Your Day

Most people end up with phone accessories in three places: on the phone, at home and on the move. Thinking about it that way stops you buying things you will not use.

On the phone

A case and a screen protector are the base layer. Pick them together so they suit each other. If you want a stand built in, a case with a fold-out stand or ring saves carrying a separate one. If you plan to use magnetic chargers or a magnetic car holder, a magnetic case makes the whole set work together.

At home and at work

A charging station by the bed means the phone, watch and earbuds are all full in the morning, from one plug. A stand on the desk keeps the phone upright for calls and notifications, so you look at it without picking it up. Phone accessories for the desk work best when you keep cables short and tidy.

On the move

Travellers like folding chargers, since they pack flat. Drivers need a holder for navigation. Commuters who game on the train get far more comfort from a clip-on controller. A spare screen protector from a multi-pack is useful to keep in a bag.

Phone Accessories for iPhone and for Android

iPhone owners have one advantage: fewer models, and many recent ones share the MagSafe magnet ring. That makes magnetic chargers, cases and holders easy to mix. Our MagSafe CD pattern case, the magnetic charging stations and the magnetic car holder are all designed around that system.

Android owners have more choice of phones, so fit matters even more. Cases and protectors are model-specific, and wireless charging depends on the phone. Clamp holders, Bluetooth controllers and desk stands are the most universal phone accessories, since they work by size rather than by brand. Our panda ring holder case covers fourteen Samsung Galaxy sizes, and the PG-9021 and S5 Plus controllers are listed for Android as well as iOS.

How to Choose Phone Accessories That Fit

Fit is everything with phone accessories. A case for the wrong model will not close around the buttons, and a protector for the wrong size will leave edges bare or lift.

  1. Find your exact model. On iPhone, look in Settings, General, About. On Android, look in Settings, About phone. "iPhone 14" and "iPhone 14 Pro" are different sizes. So are Galaxy S and Galaxy S Plus models.
  2. Choose the size option carefully. On our listings, pick the size from the options on the product page. If your model is not listed, the item will not fit.
  3. Check camera cut-outs. Camera layouts change every year. A case for a near model can cover a lens.
  4. Think about the combination. A case and a screen protector must work together. Edge-to-edge glass with a tight case can lift at the corners.
  5. Check wireless charging support. Your phone needs built-in wireless charging for a wireless charger to work. Most recent iPhones and many Android phones have it; many budget phones do not.
  6. Know the power you need. A charging station performs only as well as the power adapter that feeds it. Check the product page for what adapter rating is needed and whether one is included.

Specifications to Check

For cases

  • Model list and size options
  • Material: TPU, PC or a mix; electroplated finishes look metallic but are still plastic
  • Features: ring, stand, magnets, card slot
  • Whether it works with wireless charging (thick metal rings and plates can block it)

For screen protectors

  • Model list, glass or film, pack size
  • Edge type: flat, arc or full cover
  • Finish: clear HD, matte or privacy tint

For wireless chargers

  • Phone pad output in watts, often 10W or 15W
  • Magnetic or flat pad; which phones and watches it supports
  • Number of devices and any extra USB output
  • Size, materials and whether it folds

For stands and controllers

  • Stand size, angle and height range, and the largest device it holds
  • Controller clip width, connection type and supported phone systems

Fitting a Screen Protector Without Bubbles

Bubbles and dust are the main complaints with screen protectors, and almost all of them come from fitting. This method works well.

  1. Work in a clean room with little dust. A bathroom after a hot shower has less dust in the air.
  2. Wash and dry your hands. Remove the case.
  3. Clean the screen with a wet wipe, then a dry cloth. Lift every speck with a dust sticker or tape.
  4. Peel the backing from the glass, holding it by the edges only.
  5. Line up the speaker and camera cut-out first, then lower the glass slowly.
  6. Press the centre and let the adhesive spread outwards. Push small bubbles to the edge with a cloth.
  7. Refit the case and check that it does not lift the protector's edges.

Wireless Charging Tips

  • Put the phone in the centre of the pad. Off-centre phones charge slowly or not at all. Magnetic pads solve this.
  • Remove metal plates, cards and thick wallet cases. They block charging and can get warm.
  • Thin cases are fine. MagSafe-style magnetic cases help the phone line up.
  • Expect warmth. Wireless charging is less efficient than a cable, so the phone gets a little warm. If it gets hot, take it off and let it cool.
  • Use a power adapter that meets the station's stated input. A weak adapter gives slow charging on every device.

Care, Cleaning and When to Replace

Clean TPU cases with mild soapy water and let them dry before refitting. Clear TPU yellows with age and sunlight; that is normal for the material. Replace a case that has split at the corners, since it no longer protects the phone in a drop.

Replace a screen protector once it cracks. It has done its job, and a cracked protector can hide damage to the screen below. Keep chargers dust-free and away from liquids, and unplug them before cleaning.

Common Mistakes When Buying Phone Accessories

  • Ordering by phone family, not model. "iPhone 13" cases do not fit an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
  • Buying a wireless charger for a phone without wireless charging. Check your phone's specifications first.
  • Using a metal ring or plate on a wireless charger. It can stop charging and get warm.
  • Forgetting the power adapter. A charging station needs a suitable wall adapter.
  • Assuming every game supports controllers. Many do, some do not. Check the game first.

Who These Phone Accessories Suit

Every phone owner needs a case and a screen protector. iPhone users with an Apple Watch and AirPods get the most from our 3 in 1, 5 in 1 and 6 in 1 stations, since one base charges all three. People who work from a desk or cook from recipes on their phone will use a stand every day. Drivers who navigate need a holder. Mobile gamers who play for long sessions find a controller far more comfortable than a touchscreen.

Phone accessories also make good gifts, as long as you know the exact phone model of the person you are buying for.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which case fits my phone?

Find your exact model in the phone's settings, then choose that size from the options on the product page. If your model is not listed, that case will not fit.

Will a wireless charger work with my phone?

Only if your phone supports wireless charging. Most recent iPhones and many Android phones do. Check your phone's specifications.

Can I charge through a phone case?

Usually yes, through a thin case. Thick cases, metal plates, rings and cards in the case can block charging.

Is tempered glass better than plastic film?

Tempered glass feels more like the real screen and resists scratches better. Plastic film is thinner and cheaper. Most people prefer glass.

Are MagSafe cases only for iPhone?

MagSafe is an Apple system for iPhone 12 and later. Some Android phones can use magnetic chargers with a magnetic case or ring, but fit and performance vary.

Do the game controllers work with every game?

No. They work with games that support controllers. Check the game's settings or description before buying.

Do wireless charging stations come with a power adapter?

It depends on the listing. Read the product page for what is in the box and what adapter rating is needed. A station charges at full speed only when the adapter meets that rating. If your adapter is weaker, the phone, watch and earbuds will still charge, but more slowly.
