L Shaped Desk with Drawers – 59 Inch Fluted Desk with Storage Cabinet and Charging Station
This L shaped desk with drawers is a substantial home-office desk with white fluted cabinet fronts under a dark wood-grain top, a raised monitor stand, a file drawer, a storage cupboard and a built-in charging station. The main wing is 59.2 inches long and the working surface stands 30.9 inches high. Easy Life Markets sells it in white.
It is a piece of furniture more than a desk frame. Two pedestals carry the top, so it looks finished from every side and gives you real storage: a drawer and cupboard on the left, two drawers and a file drawer on the right, and two small drawers in the monitor stand. The fronts are ribbed with vertical grooves and fitted with gold-coloured handles. The supplier's photos show it in a study and under a staircase, with a monitor on the stand and a lamp at one end.
What Is in the Box
The supplier lists this as a combination item in two packages, weighing 69.23 lb (31.4 kg) and 91.05 lb (41.3 kg). The desk is flat-packed and needs assembling, with detailed instructions provided. It is a long job for two people. Ask us if you want the tool list before ordering.
Dimensions
These figures come from the supplier's dimension photo.
| Measurement | Inches | Centimetres |
|---|---|---|
| Main wing length | 59.2 | 150.4 |
| Return wing, beyond the corner | 35.4 | 89.9 |

Allow a corner of about 151 × 145 cm, and treat the second wing's exact length as unconfirmed. The desk weighs 156.45 lb (71 kg).

A Straight Answer on the Details
- "White". The listing colour is white, and the cabinets are white. The desktop and the top of the monitor stand are a black or very dark wood-grain finish in every photo. Expect a two-tone desk.
- The charging station. The supplier lists the outlets and ports but not the plug type, the voltage or the power rating. Sockets differ around the world. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the plug and voltage match your mains supply.
- The monitor stand. The supplier says it can be fitted or left off, and has a removable support plate. At 7.6 inches deep it suits a monitor with a compact foot. Check your monitor's base before relying on it.
- The file drawer. The photo shows two rails for hanging files. The supplier calls it a standard file drawer without naming the paper sizes it takes.
- Oak is not offered. The supplier makes an oak version. Only the white is sold on this page.
- Not stated: Plug type, voltage, drawer runner type, top thickness and the exact length of the return wing.
About the Fluted Fronts
The ribbed pattern on the doors and drawers is fluting, a run of shallow parallel grooves. In building it goes back to the columns of ancient temples, where fluting was cut into stone to catch the light and make a shaft look taller. On furniture it does the same on a small scale: it breaks up a flat white surface with fine vertical shadow lines. The grooves do collect dust, so a soft brush is worth keeping to hand.
Will It Fit?
- Measure both walls of the corner. You need roughly 151 cm along one and 145 cm along the other.
- Leave space for a chair to pull back, at least 90 cm behind the desk.
- The cupboard door and the drawers need clear space in front to open fully.
- The charging lead is 154 cm long. Check the distance to the nearest wall socket.
- At 71 kg, build the desk where it will stand. It is not something to drag between rooms.
Assembly Tips from the Supplier
- Lay cardboard on the floor first to avoid marking or scratching the panels.
- Avoid rubbing boards against each other during assembly. Scratches in the finish are hard to remove.
- Do not tighten the screws fully until the parts are lined up.
Care
- Wipe surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry them.
- Brush dust out of the grooves with a soft, dry brush.
- Use coasters, and keep drinks away from the charging station.
- Do not overload drawers. The supplier's figure is 35 lb each.
- Unplug the charging station before cleaning around it.
Who It Suits
People setting up a permanent home office or study who want a desk with the storage built in and a furniture look, not a metal frame.
