Men's Stand Collar Jacket – Full-Zip Knit Jacket with Zip Pockets, M to 5XL
Men's Stand Collar Jacket – Full-Zip Knit Jacket with Zip Pockets
This men's stand collar jacket is a full-zip casual jacket in a knit fabric, marled in several of the colours, with a high collar that zips to the chin and a zipped pocket on each side. The zips are set on a contrast tape, which gives the plain shape a sporty line. Easy Life Markets sells it in ten colours, in sizes M to 5XL.
The original listing called this a hoodie. It is not one. There is no hood. It is a zip-up jacket with a stand collar, the kind of layer you wear over a T-shirt for a walk, a commute or the gym run. Sizes run up to 5XL.

Several colours, such as light grey and blue, have a marled, flecked look, where two tones of yarn are mixed. Black looks plain in the photos. In the supplier's photos the zip tape is a pale contrast colour. The supplier notes that screens show colour differently, so shades may vary slightly from the pictures.
Size Chart
These are the supplier's garment measurements in centimetres. Allow 2 to 3 cm either way for hand measuring.
| Size | Chest | Length | Sleeve | Shoulder |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| M | 104 | 68 | 65 | 44 |
| L | 110 | 70 | 66 | 46 |
| XL | 116 | 72 | 67 | 48 |
| 2XL | 122 | 74 | 68 | 50 |
| 3XL | 128 | 76 | 69 | 52 |
| 4XL | 134 | 78 | 70 | 54 |
| 5XL | 140 | 80 | 71 | 56 |
The supplier's chart also lists a size S. That size is not offered here, so we have left it out.
How to Choose Your Size
The supplier states that its sizes are Asian sizes and run one to two sizes smaller than typical European and American sizing. Go by the measurements, not the letter.
- Take a zip jacket or sweatshirt that fits you well and lay it flat.
- Measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit and double the figure.
- Find the size in the chart with the same chest measurement, or the next one up.
- Check the shoulder width, seam to seam across the back. If the shoulders are too narrow, the collar pulls when the jacket is zipped up.
- Check the length from the base of the collar to the hem.
As a guide, someone with a body chest measurement of 100 cm who wants room for a T-shirt and light jumper should look at the L or XL, not the M. If you would like help, send us your measurements and we will suggest a size.
A Straight Answer on the Fabric
- The supplier's details do not agree. One line lists the fabric as "cotton polyester". Another gives the composition as 100% polyester fibre. We cannot tell you which is correct. Assume it is mostly or entirely polyester. If fibre content matters to you, ask us before buying.
- "Antibacterial". The supplier's listing mentions an antibacterial fabric function. It provides no test standard or certificate, so we do not make that claim for this jacket.
- Lining. The supplier does not say whether the inside is brushed or lined. In the photos the inside of the collar is a darker fabric than the outside.
- Weight and warmth. Not stated. Treat it as a mid-weight layer for cool weather, not a winter coat.
- Water resistance. None is claimed. A knit fabric soaks up rain.
Why a Stand Collar
A stand collar zips straight up the neck with nothing to fold down and no hood to bunch under a coat. That makes this kind of jacket a good mid-layer. Zipped fully, the collar keeps wind off the neck. Half open, it sits flat like a normal collar. The zipped pockets keep keys and a phone secure when you are moving about.
How to Wear It
- Over a T-shirt with jeans or chinos for everyday wear.
- With joggers as a tracksuit-style set.
- Under a waterproof shell or a padded gilet when the weather turns.
- For golf, walking and travel, where a light layer with secure pockets is useful.
Light grey, black grey and navy blue are the easiest to match. Orange and denim blue are the brighter choices.
Care
Follow the care label in the jacket. Where the label gives no guidance, the usual approach for a polyester knit jacket is:
- Close all three zips before washing so the teeth do not snag the knit.
- Wash cool, inside out, with similar colours.
- Avoid fabric softener if the inside is brushed.
- Dry on a hanger or tumble on low. High heat can make polyester bobble.
- Do not iron over the zips or the zip tape.
Who It Suits
Anyone who wants a plain, practical zip-up without a hood, people who need larger sizes up to 5XL, and buyers looking for a light jacket with pockets that close.
