Fix it to the wall. The supplier's photo states that the drawers can be opened at the same time. That is convenient when several people share the cabinet, and it means there is no interlock to stop the cabinet tipping. A tall, narrow cabinet with two or more loaded drawers pulled out can fall forward. Attach it to the wall as the supplier shows, load the bottom drawers first and open one drawer at a time.
Weight limits. The table gives 240 lb. A photo shows a "55 lbs" badge without saying what it refers to. We read it as a per-drawer figure, which is roughly consistent with the total, but the supplier does not confirm it.
"Moisture resistant" and "scratch resistant". These are the supplier's terms for the powder-coated finish. It will cope with a normal office. It is not rust-proof if the coating is chipped and it sits in the damp.
