The supplier's dimension photo marks the top as 15.75 × 15.75 inches, which does not match the 13.8 inch depth in its written specification. Take the footprint as roughly 40 cm wide and 35 to 40 cm deep. If your printer only just fits, ask us to confirm the top size first.

- Drawer and cupboard. The supplier's text says "2 drawers" in one place. Its own specification and photos show one shallow drawer and, below it, a cupboard with a hinged door. That is how we describe it.
- Not for hanging files. A supplier photo states that the cabinet is not designed for hanging files, and that folders can be laid flat. It is not a filing cabinet.
- The material. One line of the supplier's text says particle board and another says MDF and metal. Either way it is a wood-based board with a wood-effect surface, not solid wood.
- The colour. It is listed as brown and coffee brown. In the supplier's photos it is a rich reddish brown, close to a mahogany or cherry finish.
- Check your printer. The stated capacity is 55.1 lb (25 kg). Most home inkjet and small laser printers are well under that. Large office laser printers and copiers can weigh more and have a bigger footprint than this top. Look up your printer's weight and base size before ordering.
