B57 Smart Watch – 1.3 Inch Colour Screen Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate Monitor
The B57 smart watch is a square fitness watch with a 1.3 inch colour IPS screen and a wrist strap. It counts steps, shows heart rate readings, passes call and message alerts from your phone to your wrist, and controls the phone's music. The supplier lists it as working with iPhone models and with Android phones through its companion app. Easy Life Markets sells it in black, pink and white.
It sits between a plain step band and a full smartwatch. No SIM slot, call speaker or app store is listed. What it does is the everyday tracking most people want: steps, alarms, reminders to move, and a glance at who is calling without taking the phone out.
What Is in the Box
The supplier does not publish a packing list for this watch. It lists a USB charging interface. A charging cable or cradle and a manual are normal with watches of this kind, but we cannot confirm them from the supplier's data. Ask us before ordering if you need the contents confirmed.

About the Health Readings
This needs saying plainly. The B57 is a consumer fitness tracker. It is not a medical device, and the supplier lists no medical certification.
- Heart rate from a wrist sensor is a reasonable guide at rest and less reliable during hard exercise or with a loose strap.
- Blood pressure and blood oxygen figures on low-cost watches are estimates worked out from the same wrist sensor. They are not measurements in the way a cuff or a clinical oximeter measures. Do not use them to diagnose, monitor or treat any condition, and do not change medication because of them.
If you need to track blood pressure or oxygen for health reasons, use a validated medical device and follow your doctor's advice. Treat the watch's numbers as general interest only.
What the Supplier Does Not State
- Water resistance. No rating is listed. Take it off for showers, washing up and swimming.
- Battery life. Not stated. All-day heart rate monitoring will shorten it.
- App name. Not stated in the listing. It is normally given in the manual by a QR code.
- Bluetooth version and phone system requirements. Not stated.
- GPS. None is listed. Track recording, where offered, uses the phone.
- Disconnect alert. The supplier notes there is no reminder when the watch loses its connection to the phone.
Phone Compatibility
The supplier's note says this is not an Apple product and that it is compatible with iPhone models. The feature list also mentions Android. In both cases everything runs through the watch's own companion app. The supplier does not give minimum iOS or Android versions, so if your phone is several years old, tell us the model and we will ask.
The movement track feature is listed for Android only.
Setting It Up
- Charge the watch fully before the first use.
- Install the companion app named in the manual.
- Turn on Bluetooth and pair the watch from inside the app. Pairing from the phone's Bluetooth settings alone usually does not enable notifications.
- Allow the app to read notifications and to run in the background.
- Enter your height, weight and step goal so that distance and calorie estimates are sensible.
- Choose which apps may send alerts to the watch. Fewer is better for the battery and for your attention.
Getting Better Results
- Wear it snug, a finger's width above the wrist bone, for heart rate readings.
- Sit still for a minute before taking a reading.
- Keep the sensor window on the back clean and dry.
- Turn off all-day heart rate if you want longer between charges.
- Open the app daily so the watch can sync. With 4MB of memory it cannot hold much history.
Care
- Wipe the strap and the back of the watch after exercise.
- Keep it away from soap, sun cream and perfume.
- Do not leave it in a hot car or charge it on a bed.
- If your skin becomes irritated under the strap, stop wearing it and let the skin recover.
Who It Suits
People who want step counting and phone alerts on the wrist at low cost, walkers and gym beginners building a habit, and anyone who wants a light watch with a clear colour screen.
