Electric Toilet Brush with Rubber Head and Holder

This electric toilet brush has a motor in the handle that spins a round rubber-bristle head at the press of a button, so the brush does the scrubbing instead of your wrist. It runs on a built-in rechargeable lithium battery charged over USB, and stands in a white cylindrical holder. Easy Life Markets sells it in the option the supplier lists as Black.

The supplier gives the speed as 200 rpm and the battery as 2200 mAh, and rates the brush IPX7 for water. In the photos it has a slim white handle with a round power button near the top, a black head of soft rubber bristles, and a plain white pot to stand it in. The idea is simple: dip it, press the button, and guide the spinning head round the bowl and under the rim.

What Is in the Box

The supplier's package list says "1 × toilet brush". Every product photo shows the brush with its white holder, and the product name mentions a holder, so we expect the holder to be included, but the supplier's list does not spell it out. The supplier also does not mention a charging cable or plug. Ask us to confirm the contents before you order if those matter to you.

What IPX7 Means Here

IPX7 is a rating under the IP code, the international system for how well an enclosure keeps out dust and water. The X means it was not rated for dust. The 7 means protection against temporary immersion in water, normally tested at up to 1 metre for 30 minutes. That is what you want for a brush that goes into a toilet bowl. It does not mean the brush can be left soaking in its pot of water or put through boiling or a dishwasher.

A Straight Answer on the Details

  • The old name. The listing used to say "rubber head holder", "wall hanging" and "household floor cleaning". The supplier's own specification says floor type, and every photo shows a floor-standing pot. We found no wall bracket in the photos or the package list. This is a toilet brush, not a floor scrubber.
  • The colour. The only option is called Black. The photos show a white handle and holder with a black head.
  • Battery life. The supplier says you do not need to charge it often, but gives no running time or charging time.
  • "No splashing". The supplier says the low speed keeps splashing down. Spinning heads will still flick water if lifted out of the bowl while running. Switch off before you lift it.
  • Not stated: Length, weight, charging time, run time, cable type and where replacement heads can be bought.

Using It

  1. Charge it fully before first use.
  2. Put the head into the bowl first, then press the button.
  3. Work round the bowl, under the rim and down towards the outlet. Let the rotation do the work rather than pressing hard.
  4. Press the button again to stop, then lift it out.
  5. Rinse the head in clean flush water and let it drip before standing it in the holder.

Safety and Charging

  • Charge it in a dry place, away from the basin and bath.
  • Make sure the charging port is dry and its cover, if fitted, is closed before use.
  • Use a standard USB power adapter. Do not leave it charging unattended for long periods.
  • Do not use it if the handle is cracked, the battery swells or it gets hot.
  • Dispose of the battery through an electronics recycling point, not household rubbish.

Care

  • Disinfect the head every week or so with a diluted bathroom disinfectant, then rinse.
  • Empty and wash out the holder regularly so water does not stand in it.
  • Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. There is no need to soak it.
  • Replace the head when the bristles tear or lose their shape.

Electric or Manual?

A manual brush is cheap and has nothing to go wrong. An electric brush costs more and needs charging, but the spinning head keeps scrubbing while you guide it, so you press less and get more passes over the same area in the same time. That makes a real difference for people with arthritis, wrist pain or a weak grip, and for stubborn rings under the rim that need sustained scrubbing. It is not a descaler, so for heavy limescale you still need a suitable cleaner left to soak first. Many people keep an electric brush for the weekly deep clean and a plain brush for quick daily touch-ups. If you go that way, a wall-hung manual brush keeps the floor clear beside this holder.

Who It Suits

People with limited grip or wrist strength, anyone with stubborn marks under the rim, and households that want a quicker routine than scrubbing by hand.
