360 Rotating Desk Phone Stand – Foldable Metal Holder for Phones and Tablets

This 360 rotating desk phone stand is a folding metal holder for a phone or a tablet, with a base that turns a full circle. The supplier gives its size as 100 x 70 x 162 mm and lists it in black, silver and white. It has two hinges, one at the base and one behind the back plate, so you can set both the height and the tilt, and it folds flat when you are done. Easy Life Markets sells it as a single stand for desks, kitchen worktops and bedside tables.

The rotating base is what separates it from an ordinary folding stand. A round plate in the middle of the base lets the upper part swivel, so you can turn the screen to show someone across the desk, or swing it back towards you, without picking the stand up. The supplier's pictures present it for video calls, live streaming, selfies and watching shows. It is one of the more useful items in the wide family of mobile phone accessories if you spend a lot of time looking at a small screen on a desk.

What Is in the Box

  • 1 x phone bracket (the stand)

A note on materials. The supplier's written description says aluminium alloy and ABS, while one of its pictures says carbon steel. We cannot tell you which is correct for the whole stand, so we have listed it as a metal alloy. The supplier publishes no weight limit and no maximum tablet size.

How It Is Built

From the photos, the stand has four main parts:

  • Base plate: a flat rectangle with a round rotating disc and a slot cut through one end.
  • Arm: a short metal link joining the base to the back plate, hinged at both ends.
  • Back plate: a flat panel with slanted cut-outs and a rectangular opening near the top.
  • Hooks: two lips at the bottom of the back plate that the device rests on, with a gap between them.

The gap between the hooks leaves space for a charging cable when the phone stands upright.

Will Your Device Fit?

The supplier describes the stand as universal for mobile phones and tablets. That is true in the sense that nothing clamps the device, so width is not a limit. What matters is the following:

  1. Thickness. The device, in its case, has to sit inside the two bottom hooks. Very thick rugged cases may not.
  2. Weight and size. A phone or a small tablet is the natural fit for a stand 162 mm tall. A large, heavy tablet tilted well back puts a lot of leverage on the hinges. If you plan to use one, set a steeper angle and keep the arm low.
  3. Charging in portrait. Check that your cable's plug fits between the hooks.

If you want to check a particular device, ask us and tell us its size and weight.

Setting It Up

  • Unfold the arm from the base, then tilt the back plate to the angle you want.
  • Put the stand on a flat, clean surface before placing the device on the hooks.
  • Turn the upper part on the rotating disc to face the screen where you need it.
  • For typing or drawing on a tablet, drop the arm low and lean the back plate well back.
  • To pack it, lift the device off, fold the back plate down and fold the arm onto the base.

Everyday Uses

  • Video calls with the camera at face height instead of pointing up at the ceiling
  • A second screen beside a laptop for messages or a calendar
  • Recipes on the kitchen worktop, out of the way of spills
  • Watching a show while charging
  • Holding a phone steady for filming at a desk

Care

Wipe the stand with a dry or slightly damp cloth. If the hinges loosen with use and the supplier has fitted them with visible screws, a small turn with the right driver will normally firm them up. Check before you try, because not every hinge is adjustable. Keep the rotating disc free of crumbs and grit so it turns smoothly.

Who It Suits

Home workers and students on frequent calls, people who cook from a screen, anyone who streams or films at a desk, and travellers who want a stand that folds flat in a bag.

Common Questions

Does it hold a tablet? The supplier lists it for phones and tablets and gives no size or weight limit. Smaller tablets suit it best.

Does it rotate with the device on it? Yes. The rotation is in the base, so the whole upper part turns.

Does it charge the phone? No. It is a stand only.

Which colours are available? Black, silver and white.
