Boucle Sofa – 78 Inch Modern 3 Seater Upholstered Couch with 3 Pillows, Beige
Boucle Sofa – 78 Inch Modern 3 Seater Upholstered Couch with 3 Pillows, Beige
Boucle Sofa – 78 Inch 3 Seater Couch with Rounded Arms and 3 Pillows
This boucle sofa is a 78 inch three-seater with soft, rounded arms, three puffy back cushions and three small throw pillows, all covered in a looped boucle fabric. It measures 78 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep and 30 inches high. The supplier calls the colour beige, and in the photos it looks like a warm cream. Easy Life Markets sells it in this one colour.
The look is round and cloud-like. The supplier describes the design as petal-inspired, and you can see why: the arms are thick rolls and the three back cushions bulge like petals above a deep seat. The seat is 26 inches deep, which is generous, so you can sit back with your legs up or lean into the pillows. It sits low, with a 15.5 inch seat height, which adds to the relaxed, lounging feel.
What Is in the Box
The supplier lists this as a combination item sent in two packages, weighing 81.57 lb and 38.14 lb. The three pillows are part of the product. The supplier does not give a full packing list or assembly steps. The rug, plant and pictures in the photos are not included. Please contact us if you want the contents or assembly confirmed.

A Straight Answer on the Details
- Colour. The supplier says beige. On our screens the photos look closer to cream or off-white. Colours vary by screen, so if the exact shade matters, ask us before you order.
- "Resists warping". This is the supplier's claim for the wooden frame. The type of wood is not stated.
- "Ergonomic". The supplier uses the word for the overall shape. There is no adjustable support. The comfort comes from the deep seat and the pillows.
- Low seat. A 15.5 inch seat is lower than most sofas. It is cosy for lounging. Some older people may find it harder to get up from.
- Package sizes. The supplier's package lengths of 166.9 and 132.7 inches are longer than the sofa and look like data errors, so we do not quote them.
- Not stated: Weight capacity, whether the covers are removable and the fibre content of the boucle.
About Boucle
Bouclé takes its name from the French for "curled". The yarn is spun with small loops, which gives the fabric its nubbly, sheepskin-like texture. It has become a favourite for rounded modern furniture because the texture softens the outline and feels warm. The loops are its one weakness: claws, rings and Velcro can snag them, so it is not the best choice for a house with a cat that likes to scratch.
Where It Works
- In a living room as the main sofa, in a calm, neutral scheme.
- In a large bedroom or a studio flat as a lounging seat.
- In an office or reception area that needs a soft, welcoming seat.
- Opposite a coffee table, with about 18 inches (45 cm) clear between them.
Measure doorways and stairs before ordering. The sofa arrives in two packages.
Delivery Day and Assembly
The two packages together weigh about 120 lb, and the heavier one is over 80 lb, so plan for two people to carry it in. Unpack in the room where the sofa will stand, on a clean sheet or rug, and keep knives well away from the fabric when you cut the wrapping. A pale boucle shows dirt quickly, so wash your hands before handling it. The supplier does not give assembly steps. Keep all fixings together and read the instructions before you start. Once it is together, let the foam recover for a day and shape the back cushions and pillows by hand so they sit evenly.
Styling It
A cream sofa like this sits well with light oak, stone, linen and soft greens. Keep the rest of the room simple and let the rounded shape stand out. Add colour with a rug or artwork rather than many cushions, since the three pillows already fill the back.
Care
- Vacuum gently with a soft brush. Do not use a beater bar on the loops.
- Blot spills at once with a clean, dry cloth.
- Spot clean with a little mild soap and water. Test on a hidden area first.
- If a loop snags, do not pull it. Push it back or trim it carefully.
- Plump the cushions and pillows often so they keep their round shape.
- A pale fabric shows marks, so a washable throw is worth having for everyday use.
Who It Suits
People decorating in soft, neutral colours who want a sofa with presence, couples and small families, and anyone who likes to sit deep and low.
