A Straight Answer on the Details

Three drawers. The supplier's product name mentions both "3 drawer" and "two drawer", and its specification says "3-4 drawers". The photos and the original title show three, and that is what is listed here.
What the lock covers. There is one lock at the top right. The supplier does not say whether it secures all three drawers or only some. On most cabinets with a single lock and an interlock, one key locks the lot. Ask us if you need that confirmed.
The interlock. The supplier says only one drawer can open at a time, to stop the cabinet tipping. That is a real safety feature. It also means you cannot have two drawers out together.
Top load. 120 lb on the top is the supplier's figure. We have not tested it. A desktop printer is well within it.
Rust. The supplier describes the coating as corrosion and rust resistant. It suits a normal indoor office. Chips that show bare steel should be touched up.
