This 3 tier wire shelving rack is a small, square, chrome-finished metal shelf unit measuring 11.81 × 11.81 × 23.62 inches (30 × 30 × 60 cm). A Straight Answer on the Details

Shelf capacity. The supplier's description says each shelf holds "up to 70 lbs" and its specification says 66.14 lb (30 kg). We quote the lower, more exact figure. Either way it means weight spread evenly over the shelf, with the rack standing level. We have not tested it.
"NSF certified". The supplier's text makes this claim. We have not seen a certificate or a listing number for this rack, so we do not claim any certification for it.
Rust. The supplier says the chrome finish resists rust and corrosion. Chrome wire copes well with a kitchen or laundry room. In a wet shower area or left standing in water, any plated wire shelf will eventually rust at the welds and cut ends. Dry it if it gets wet.
Small items fall through. Wire shelves have gaps. Narrow bottles, pens and small jars can tip or drop through, so use a tray or liner for those.
It is small. Sixty centimetres is knee to thigh height. This is a countertop or under-counter rack, not a full-height shelving unit.

About the Finish

The bright silver surface is chrome plating, a thin layer of chromium deposited on the steel. It gives the mirror shine and a hard surface that wipes clean, which is why it is the usual finish for kitchen racks and bathroom fittings. The layer is thin, so a deep scratch can expose the steel beneath, and that is where rust starts.
